Generally, the largest commercial bra sizes tend to be around a T cup. However, this doesn’t mean that there aren’t larger bra sizes than a T cup. However, with bra sizes, as we go up the alphabets, i.e., increase in bra size, the number of women that wear such cup sizes significantly reduce.

According to bra sizing theory, you add a cup size for evry each your breast projects from the chest. For example, 1” is an A cup, 2” is a B cup, 3” is a C up and so on. If we go all the way up to a Z cup, this would mean that the breast extend 26” from the rib cage.

Health Issues with Z Cup Size

Women with Z cup size are beautiful. However, they typically experience a number of health issues. For example, back problems are common with women with large breasts. With Z cup size women, the back problems are even more intense.

Generally, you won’t find Z cup bras on online or offline stores. If you wear a Z cup, you probably would need your bras to be custom made.

As is the case with all bra sizing, the cup size would depending on the rib cage/bad size. For instance, a 32Z would have a smaller cup size than a 38Z.
