36DDD is my exact size and I got that size. Normally I use the middle hooks comfortably, but it is tight on the last set of hooks. The cups fit great and lift well. I like this bra so I will keep it. Like most, I think it will stretch after some wear. I think it would be wise for more comfort in the future to grab a 40DDD. So if you aren’t wanting to break it in a bit, then size the band up.

Love this bra, excellent design, but pay attention to chest measurement. With recent purchases the band around torso measures almost an inch shorter (tighter) than previous purchases, so you may need a different size.
